Recently, the Brightsolid team audited a customer’s existing licensing needs and identified over £100,000 per annum of cost savings through the removal of redundant licences, setting up licence bundles, and switching to M365 E5 suite. The licences originally used were Microsoft O365 E3, Intune, Entra ID P2, and Defender for Endpoint.
Additionally, £150,000 of value was delivered to the customer (at no extra cost) by ensuring all users had the correct resources for their role and extending the security suite and tools in line with the business aspirations. Compliance and regulatory standards were met, with Brightsolid providing detailed guidelines to maintain future compliance.
The customer continues to benefit from ongoing management of their licences, with support and advice readily available through Brightsolid’s inhouse expertise. There is a simple ordering process for add-ons in place, and the option of monthly or quarterly invoicing available to help improve cost transparency and financial planning. A seamless transition from the customer’s previous supplier to Brightsolid was achieved because the Brightsolid team provided a bridging service that maintained uninterrupted service during the switch.
